Google Chrome Now Highlights DOM Changes
A feature all web developers will love.
March 17, 2015
Earlier last week I opened inspector while doing some work on this portfolio site. I noticed that when my sort-of-parallax hero image's style attribute changed, the corresponding DOM would flash a beautiful purple. How wonderful—it's usually somewhat difficult to spot changes in the inspector without paying absolute attention.
I tried finding some sort of release notes that mentions the name of this feature, but I could find nothing except this one tweet:
@googlechrome loving the new inspector's flashes for class additions! simple but effective
